Would this be a good projector for Hallowindow? I dont want to spend too much money on one but I dont want to waste my money if the quality is no good. Dell M109S On-the-Go Projector It cost about $400

Most any projector will do fine, the better ones have at least 1000 lumen brightness and at least 400x240 resolution (my two homemade ones do) that will give you decent contrast.
I use a small Koss portable dvd player with remote that I found online for $25.
I also use a couple of digital video players. I transfer the videos from my PC to cheap SD memory cards and stick em in the players. They are small and easily attached to a projector and most have loop playback mode.

I will just be using a elcheapo wonder wall projector.It works perfect for the hwindow when I checked it.I will just need to be sure and not point much light in that direction.Because like I said cheap so not much lumen.
