here's one I did several years ago, it wasnt light tho and no way would be lifted to the attic, but it was comfy and I did take a few naps in it

ive built a few,never got in any,my wife works at a hospital and has brought me real body bags home,(real ones are white)friends have been in em,not me. nice coffins by the way-looks like oak?

Hey Scott.....your coffin looks great too! I work in furniture Mfg. I am thinking of perhaps making one the same thin wood we make Dr.backs out of for chests and dressers etc.
Think is allot of the scrap stock I have access to is only about 2 1/2 ft. long and different widths. But it is strong and light and my favorite part....FREE !

That is fantastic, first time my A**. I do quite a lot of wood working/carpentry and know an old hand when i see one. Like another poster said......if you wanna give me this attempt.....i'll see that it's disposed of accordingly.......
