Thats great, thanks very much for the info, i will grab 2 of those tomorrow.
One thing about putting these inline, what side of the wire do they go on ( negative, or positive ) or doesn't that matter?

I put mine on the hot (black) side of the wire, but in reality, I don't think it matters. It's good practice to break the hot, I believe.

Sorry one more thing, im from UK and as far as i can see they don't have FS2, FS5 etc, they are sold by wattage i.e 40Watts or 70Watts.
What one would you suggest??

I'm not home, so I can't verify, but I believe the FS-2 can handle up to 40watt lights. The higher the wattage load it can handle, the less "realistic" the flash is, I believe.
So *I think* you'll be good with the 40watts kind.
