I am looking for some good 4 bar pop up plans. I will be using the typical, screen door closer, solenoid, motion sensor that is used. But I want to get more lift and don,t want the prop to be laying flat.

Check the Monster List Page, and look for the "Body Slinger" prop. It's easy to build, and it jumps up, and out toward your guests.

I couldn't find any detailed plans either.
    I basically looked at this
FrightProps - Halloween Decorations, Halloween Props, Pneumatic Props, Animated Props, Halloween Accessories
    and winged it.
Since you are using a single acting cylinder, a screen door closer, you will have to push from the front instead of pulling from the back. The one in the link above used a double acting cylinder with it resting in extended position.

If you offset the bars a little, you will get more of a forward lung that just straight up.

I built mine in one day out of 2x4's and a screen door cylinder.
    Works great.
    Here it is.
