Hey all, I just realized I had this video from a couple years ago (thought I only had photos) These are the talking skulls from the '07 Heritage Haunt in Santa Clarita, CA. These are the candy-dish talking skulls, hacked with a servo for jaw movement and a servo for L-R eye movement. I'm much better with electronics and animation than mechanical stuff :-)

Good job. I bought so many of those Gemmy skulls when they came out. They are so easy to rebuild with better parts. Gonna get more this year. 13 bucks at CVS.

That's the only place I've found them here. Each store only has 1 each it seems as I have to hit every CVS around to get a bunch. The first one I found was at my local neighborhood 7-11. Someone told me they found them at Walgreens. I even tried to contact Gemmi to see If I could buy direct from them, they just told me to contact my local retailer (i.e. CVS).
Bill.
