Here is another super-cheap prop that I have been working on for Halloween '09. I named him Ernest, after an author whose writing gives me nightmares. The total cost was about $2. He's going into a haunted library scene this year.

Thanks to everyone for the kind words about this prop. I need to give credit to Stalloween for giving me the idea. I've decided to light it with a Dollar Tree flicker light for a more animated effect.
