    Last year i saw an interesting christmas prop, a little hot air balloon with cute stuffed animals. I knew i wanted one for halloween, so i finally built it. Then improved on it with some new touches.

    Heres the original prop.











    And here it is after a few changes.

    looking for any ideas about improvements (i'm sure almsot everything about can be improved) and to just show it to the people who won't be building it but still enjoy see what others have made.
