I just had a brilliant idea for my torture room.
I found this spine model on Ebay for a reasonable price.

Add some latex tissue to this and it is going to be so cool.
The room will include a pnuematic pop up bloody corpse, body bags, hanging body parts, and an actor with a cleaver.
