Here is the funeral coach that I built this past winter/spring. I built it so it would be easy to take apart to store and move. This coach breaks down into about 13 pieces. I started with (4) 2x3x8s cut down to the height of the coach. I think mine ended up to be about 7' tall. I used these 2x3s as legs for the coach. I basically built a box on the legs using 4x8 sheets of plywood. Full sheets on the side and a half sheet for the front and back. I cut windows out of the sides and created small windows and doors on the back. There is a full sheet of plywood for the roof. The wheels I cut out of plywood and offer no support to the coach at all. I then added the molding and front seat. There are 2x4s mounted along the inside of the coach that a floor rests on.
