Thread: Recreating The Haunted House in 2009.

In 2007 we turned a portion of our driveway into a Haunted House - it was a fair amount of work so we did a smaller Haunted Staircase display in 2008. But since 2007 we've had non stop requests to do the Haunted house again. So we have decided that we'll do it again this year and if we get our way we'll make it bigger and hopefully better!

That is soo cool, I love that, do you get to walk into it or is it just for display?? Where do you store it?

This was a full-on haunted house. People would open and walk thru the coffin door. There were serveral rooms and a bit of a maze portion to it, then they'd exit to the side yard.
We set it up and tore down for the 2007 season.
Regular 2x4 construction - almost like building a garage and then tearing it down.
Yes I know - I do need my head examined!
So the plan is to recreate it this year and maybe make it a bit bigger and hopefully better!
