Finally got everything I needed to get this finished. I made one last year that just had sound and a light that flicked on when someone walked by and it scared quite a few TOTers so I wanted try something bigger this year. It's going to remain static until someone comes up the driveway and then the lights, sound and motor all kick on. I noticed the shoulder looks off but it's only from that lower angle. If you are looking down it looks a lot better.

Nice work, is that a neck massage motor? First time i have seen it done with just the arm moving and not the head.

Yeah, it's a massager in there.

I tried working on the head but it looked kind of silly so I just kept the head static.

I have a second massager but I'm not sure what to do with it yet....
