I made my first prop of the season this weekend.
I know it's been done to death but here is my new grave grabber.

I still need to paint the hands and fix the shirt better.
Also, I am going to do something different than have it sit on the ground. Our haunted house has a few maze walls that are open to a cathedral ceiling above. I am going to mount the grabber on top of one of the walls and it will reach down at people as they walk by. I am going to build an archway covered in camoflage.
The grabber will be just on the other side of the archway grabbing down at people.

Nice job....don't worry about it being "done to death" There's nothing wrong with showing off the work you've done. And although many people do the "same thing" they all look different
