There are a lot of How too's on LEDs. I use a 9volt battery and they work great all night long. Try Monster List of Halloween Projects or Haunt Projects

Save your self some hassel and check out Halloween Prop Building Supplies For The Home Haunter - Monster Guts for simple led eyes. Or spend a bit more and check out index
they have some brand new color changing LED eyes and strobing eyes. I have used both from each place and you cant go wrong. Theyalso have the 9 volt battery eliminators, just plug into 110 and they go all night.EVERY DAY TO ME IS HALLOWEEN!

What LEDs for 110 volt? –

LEDs are low voltage. You can use a low voltage wallwart, they plug into 110 v. and then you will need to hook up a resistor with the LED so it will not burn out from excess voltage. There are many how tos under LED. Also check
Powering Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs)
this site is very helpful.
