Starting a bit late but oh well. Started having the dreams so i had to begin new props =) This year is zombies.

I've always wanted to make a Grave Crawler but never liked how unnatural the arms looked. So i put my own twist...er bend on it.

Here's the frame in working mode so far. The gloves are not what i'm going to use for hands. Just put them on for effect. I worked about 2 hours yesterday and a few today on it.

    a pic:

    and a video:

    Very nice movement batfly.
do you have any plans for it? Are those screws or nails holding the elbow joins where it bends? That looks very good and would make a nice how-to.

Looks great, Batfly! I love mechanical things like that and there's so much you can do to change the basic design of it. Great idea!
    Thanks for the video.

finished making the hands tonight. they are glue stick frames and dryer clay lint on top of that. finished the frames monday, sculpted right hand yesterday (tuesday), and did the left hand today. these take 4 to 5 days so painting has to wait till then. oh the agony lol. the shirt is temporary. should i get one with longer sleeves or build up arms behind the wrists?

    next is the head...
