Does anyone know of any good tutorials for making a rocking chair rock on its own?

Is it a full-size rocker? Here's one that I found:

I plan on using a motorized rocker as well this year. My biggest concern is making the movement of the rocker look realistic and not so mechanical. But definately think this is a very effective prop when executed well
