We made this for a local club. Its a bean bag toss game, except instead of bean bags, we used the heads from teddy bears stuffed with small weights.

The head was a reject head from an outside project I worked on last year. It was sculpted out of clay (400 lbs) and a plaster mold was made. The students took the reject head, fixed all the defects and gave it a cool paint scheme. The box was made from old shipping crates we keep in storage just for project like this one.
