Why are there so many votes for Spooky Environments?
IMO, I don't think that stuff would look good coming from "inside" of the house!? Other than the lightning; I would hate to have a bunch of forests and graveyard scenes. I can see how this would look good if being used inside of the house but not for something that's to be seen from the outside "looking in".
I thought it was at the ToTers benefit to experience scenes that could happen inside the house; not scenes of outside environments!? But...that's my opinion.

I cant get my projector in time this year so i am making a haunted television that my old rocking granny ghoul will be watching. The tv will be playing hallowindow. It looks very cool so far, just working on creeping out the tv now.
EVERY DAY TO ME IS HALLOWEEN!

Spooky environments to me just set the scene and the atmosphere for those cold autumn nights, regardless of where they are, they can make you feel more out in the open, away from suburban houses.
Maybe it's just me but that kind of thing is one of the staples of a halloween to me.

I agree that it is a homage to Halloween but for this use...It doesn't make any sense to have graveyards, or a moon in your home window.Spooky environments to me just set the scene and the atmosphere for those cold autumn nights, regardless of where they are, they can make you feel more out in the open, away from suburban houses.

I'm in agreement with you Eyegor, although I did like what Mark did on the first DVD. Personally I'd like to see different things from last year so I have two completely different sets of videos to use. I've been wanting to do a good pirate haunt for a while now and it's really hard to find material for it, even after Pirates of the Caribbean. I'm really hoping the pirate theme will make it to this years DVD.

I honestly liked them all last year. I really appreciate the randomness of it because it keeps their interest as it changes from subject to subject. It was really hard to pick one, because I'd rather not see ONE aspect. It's Hallowpalooza!!

I'm not much into the jackolantern thing.. but the idea of the headless horseman riding nearer the window and then picking up his head from his shoulders and throwing it at the window and it splatting on the window is just plain COOL! when it runs down the window it could form the words... happy halloween or something!
Any thing that would relate to the 'window'.
Could have one shot...... make the window SEEM smaller... Then something could pop out of the fake window to look like it has actually came out of the window.. I don't know how to explain my thoughts here but make it seem as if it actually came through the glass!
