Thread: my haunted crate

I just finished the crate part of my haunted crate. Now I just need to do some eletrical work and programming. here is some pictures.

Is it going to be a creature crate? I'm thinking of adding one maybe this year or next. It looks really creepy. Nice job.

Not really a creature crate .but kind of. It's going to be an interactive prop.
When somone begins to lift the lid they will get a ear splitting scream
and a blast of air at ankle height . Oh there will also be a sign that
says (DO NOT OPEN) sitting in front of the crate

Looks terrific with the bone as a handle. Your idea of the air blast.....awesome. The ToTs are gonna jump a mile high!

Very nice . Can you show us where the blast of air is gonna be coming from ? I looked at the pics , but could not figure out how , or where exactly its gonna be coming from , or how you have it rigged to have the air hit the TOT'ers ankles.
Looks good and the idea is also very good . I seen something like this , but , with one of those fake rubber shakes in the box that was hooked to the lid via some clear fishing line and when you lifted it , the snake came up at you .
