Any one know how to hack or any programs for a windows 98 pc. it has a Pentium 2 processor.(i know, a dinosaur). i want to be a ble to control an electric chair ( a motor rig) and the audio of a buzzing power surge with screams. i want the audio to reset itself every time it starts. i have a motion switch i put into an extension cord so that i have a motion sensor.

my experience with vixen and old computers is that it might require more processing power then your PC may be able to provide. but it is free, so all it takes is time to find out. Vixen syncs up relay control with sound files.
