Thanks everyone,
I'll post some pics when I get some work done on making it look like a hotel. I think I'm going the old west hotel style as i mentioned but times running out so I thinkin going to scrap the idea of a walk thru for this year, maybe next year. So just a little stage show again with some cowboys fighting or maybe a hanging?
I used good ol fashion wood stain on a rag and made swipes across it to try and age it a little. First I was using a blow torch to burn some of if to get the look, but that took way to long so i just used the stain.
Heres a short video one of the news stations ran on the air halloween night here in Phoenix.

If it were me I would leave it up year round and never take it down.

Outstanding! What doesn't kill you can still make you walk funny.

I can just imagine the little ToT'rs going to a door, knock, get candy. Next door, knock, get candy. Walk up to your yard and just freeze.
Love it!
