I'm a motorcycle guy - so I can tell you there's A LOT you can do.

There are many ways to go. One is a distinct "Halloween" theme. Start by taking the yellow/green panels off and painting them orange. Then get some pumpkin decals (or paint them yourself) for distinctive art. If you want to, you can also paint the rims, stick on a new seat, switch out the mirrors -- there's tons and tons of stuff you can do.

And you don't have to go with pumpkins -- any Halloween theme you want. Or just go for "Halloween" in general. You should take some time to do some Google Image searches -- you'll see there's no end to the creativity some people put into their motorcycles and/or scoots.

Don't know if you're aware of "steampunk" but they do some fantastic stuff. I love steampunk, and here is an example of a "steampunk scooter". Just to show you there is no limit to possibilities.

You are correct! Steampunk makes everything better! If I knew anything about metal work, I would completely steampunk my motorcycle.
