The price on their 2lb foam is a little less than the Smooth-On 3lb, but since you're just using it for fill, the 2lb would hopefully be adequate.
Keep in mind, this place is selling marine grade foam, and I don't know the resulting texture - but it sounds like it expands pretty well.Hell is an eternity of getting up at 4am to nothing but decaf coffee...

I would look up Burman Industries in California... They have A/B foam in both flexible and rigid and in different densities. They are really good. I have used their stuff often with great results.

I like the smooth-on urethane foam-it 8. works quick, sets fast, and last longer than they say it will after you open it.
