    Hi everyone!

I'm currently working on some paper-mache corpses - since I discovered the Pumpkinrot website I'm just mad about it ! - I found some very cool corpses made by Choppercabra666 on his Flickr account:

Look closer on the hands, when covered with latex it goes like this:

So my question is, does anyone know what material he uses? I have never seen such thing before, and I can't figure what's the original purpose.
I must admit it would spare lot of time using this than making full size bone hand with clay.

    I hope someone knows...

    More Choppercabra awesome work here.

I believe he is using construction adhesive (Liquid Nails) for the texture with wood stain for color. Similar to Christian Hanson's technique.

    Hi Doc!
I'm not sure, but it looks like he may have used a method that utilises glue gun sticks.
Macsrealm posted a link in the tutorial section a little while ago.

Heres the dirct link to the tutorial, take a look and see what you think..
    hotgluehands

looks like they are then covered with latex and coloured with woodstain.

    Hope this helps.

To me it looks like he's using one of those glow in the dark wall skeleton's hands and covering them with latex mache. You know the ones that are flat.

"The hands are made with hot glue sticks. I use the small ones for the bones and large ones for the knuckles. "

This is the maker's quote. So all of you were right about the glue sticks.
Very strange, I was quite intrigued by the "glue rings"...

Thank you Otaku, your help was crucial,
Thank you everyone for the help!
