    What can be made with smaller cylinders? I think it has what you guys would call a one inch stroke if I understand air props correctly.

    These cylinders are great for small movments. For example a skeletal organ player, you could mount very small stroke air cylinders inside the rib cage with the other end hooked to the arms to make them move slowly like he is playing the organ. I actually have seen this effect i believe on the dc cemetary video. They would also be very good for moving heads on larger sized props. Making a coffin lid jump and bang as if someone is trying to get out, of course this can also be done with a wiper motor, you just get different movements with the air over the motor.

    using a 4 bar or lever you can make the prop movement any size you need see the following:
