    I don't know if this is a deal or not but I seem to recall that these are usually more expensive?!?!

    Harbour Freight has them for 19.99 right now!

    Yep, that too. I know a lot of memebers are making the ol horse-drawn hearse prop this year and will likely be needing wagon wheels for them.

    Big Lots hre in Nevada has these also.They have two sizes.
    The samller is $16.00, I believe.
    There website is vauge on such matters

    the ones at Big Lots are smaller...the size (36") is better at Harbor Freight. They don't advertise it, but the HF near me had a 48" wheel..I can't remember the price, but it was more than I was willing to pay.
