    I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but I want to check here first.

    I want to do a straightforward popup and have a 2 way solenoid. The prop will reset under it's own weight (the air can escape from the second inlet on the cylinder). I the 2 way solenoid ok or do I need a 3 way?

    The air will want to escape using the same route it took going in, so in order for the cylinder to reset, you will need either a 3 way valve or an outlet between the valve and the cylinder.
