I would like to build a free standing 2 axis skull ( no computer). I like the 3 servo controller from Jeff at simple circuit boards. Has anybody made one of these from a pic or from efx-tek. I already have VSA but want a stand alone prop.

I was thinking of a prop 1 but lots of code. Jeff's board has a push button for each channel and a pot to input it's movement. This seem alot easier.

Using Vixen as a Prop Programmer

But yes the simple circuit board looks very simple to use I would use It.

I built a free-standing 2-axis set-up a couple of years ago using a Prop-1 from EFX-TEK. I knew absolutely nothing about basic, but with Jon's help at EFX, it was really no problem at all to get it going. The completed prop is a total plug-n-play unit, independent of any outside computer programs. Here's the initial demo video I made before it was mounted to a buckey skeleton.
