Anyone know where to find a nice cheap but great quality light organ? I've been wanting to do the effect Disney does in their mansion with the windows and it's raining outside. I can get everything else down but the lightning. And I don't want to go half ass. I ordered some cheap, do it yourself ones and they didn't work, waste of my money and time. So if anyone can lead me in the right direction, Haunt on!

Get yourself one of these. Plug a few spot lights into it. and a cd player with thunder sounds, and it flashes to the sounds.

Here's a reliable unit:

This one is the same as the Lightning F/X Unit with the lightning bolt on the top of the box. I have two of them and they work great - I can run 1000W of lightning.I...have many names...

Just one, but you can put a splitter on it.

Thank you, all three of you for those ideas. Otaku, even though it's got the christmas tree and takes in sounds from the room, it works just as well as the lightning box? Says it has a n audio jack so it's gotta be the same one
thanks agian!

Yes, when you plug in a sound source to the audio input, it overrides the mic.

Tree F/X is still available for $9.95 at LTD Commodities (if you don't mind setting up a business account with them).
