EvilBob -

How did you ever find that ebay item? And to think, all this time I thought yours was an original prop, only to find out that you copied it from a photo on an ebay mousepad!

At least you have an eye for detail!

--Joking, of course!--

They didn't even photoshop out the skulls. I guess that's flattering!

Now go after them for some of the profits.

I search eBay for horse drawn hearses periodically. I just found it funny that with a whole universe of authentic horse drawn horse photos available on the internet to choose from, they picked my hearse to put on their mouse pads...

Did you tell them it is yours? You need to get a profit out of it or at least say you have the ownership of the photo they need to pay you a percentage.

I like this topic, unfortunately I don't really have a favorite but I tell you what is the favorite of the ToTs. It seems no matter how detailed I make something or how animated, everyone still points to "Jack" as the favorite. I did him about five years ago and I can only imagine that his popularity is due to his size, 18' high to the pumpkin hand.

I contacted the seller:

Dear coffeemug1,

WOW! That's a GREAT PICTURE! Did you personally take it!? If not, where did it come from? Because who ever took it should be given credit for such an amazing piece of work!

They replied:

Hi Thank you,
Glad you like it, the person that took the picture let me use it, and I did a different back gound, took it to black and white, and added the flowers for color.
Have a great weekend.
Jackie

That's BS!
