Made this 2 years ago...slightly modified last year. Inserted image has been Photoshoped..I got artsy on my blog today.

Yes--as the aluminum arm rotates around, it hits the ground and lifts that side of the whole base assembly (and the skeleton parts attached) upwards and forward. Then the arm on the opposite side does the same thing. Kind of like rowing a boat on land, one oar at a time. LOL
