    Default Universal Joint - Free Moving Limbs – 01-20-2009,09:25 AM


    Universal Joint; this is a simple way to make a more freely moving armature. I used some cardboard tubing I found in the dumpster, four screws and round piece of ½ inch wood.

    No need to explain step by step, just look at the photos they are pretty self evident. You could use thick walled PVC in you wanted.

    Innovative and very cool. If you're in an area where moisture is a concern, you will want to waterproof the arms. I recommend Thompson's Water Seal.
