I think I know how to build one but was wondering how big of a motor would I need?could I do it with the motor in the prop build lesson peeping skelly or should I go for a wiper motor?also does anyone know what kind of wiper motor they use at like monster guts.yr and model maybe I can get one at napa or the wrecking yard around here and when I ask they say what model?

Wiper motors are something I need to jump into as well. But I just had to comment on that site you linked. $589 for that prop! WOW! From what I have read, even with the better detail of the zombie versus the skellie pop ups, I am pretty sure you could put together all the parts for less than $50.
