    I am thinking of making my own grandfather clock {cheapest possible way} for my haunt,anybody have any ideas or patterns,blueprints or know of any websites that do,thank you.

    just use cheap pine paint it. get a cheap wall clock for the time piece and plexiglass for the front. I got a good idea of what you want so just google grandfather clocks and pick one

    Here's a couple of pictures of the one I built a few years ago. It cost less than $10...

    The actual prop didn't cost much to build...I paid more for paint than anything on the static part...The electronics/pnuematics is where the money was....ZR

    It had a small motor controlling the hand and another controlling the pendulum. There's a video here...
