I've been wanting to make one of these for a while, I followed the instructions posted by different people, be kind its my first, a few adjustments needed, but here goes...

That looks good, does your massager have a reverse button? I noticed when I built mine this year it had the same movements yours does until I reversed the motion and it was a lot smoother. Just a thought. You can see mine in my video at about 3 minutes into it.
