I am looking for any cheap and easy animated props, any ideas welcome.

It doesnt have to animated but preferably i would like it to be.

My first animated prop was a ceiling fan turned upside down. I attached a stick to the hub and tied a ghost to the end of the stick with some string. When turned on the goes flies around in a circle. You can easily adjust the speed since most ceiling fans have 3 speeds. I still use it today.
