Hey All-
I'm looking to make a simple character playing a piano outside (to be used actually for Christmas), but I want him to have slow movements, but be able to speed it up by control from inside if i wanted it to move faster...Has anyone had experience with making something like this, and if so, what would you suggest to use as an overall motor? I really don't want to use pneumatics if possible.
Well thanks in advance, and any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Here's a short clip of one I made based on the DC Concoctions design. I designed it to be covered with a clothing instead of using the skeleton.

I've got a copy of the prop book with plans posted in the forsale or trade section if your interested.
