Here his my home made under $25.00 web gun. I have to say it works pretty good. I used Scary Terry's design and it was very simple to build.

I found that the lower the air pressure, the better the web is.

I was going to do the same thing and it looks like it turned out great for you. My biggest prob. is that the average temp around here outside is about 40 and I needed the more professional/hotter gun to work outside. Wish I could have gone your route. Looks like you did a great job making that.

I tried to make one this year, but I couldn't get 3/16 copper tubing anywhere. So I just put a nozzle on the end of my hose and held it below the glue gun. Took a bit of practice, but it did end up working.
