    We want to make this

for our food table. I would like it to be permanent so I won't have to re-do the sheets next year. I see that fake blood is sold by the pint and by the gallon. How much do you think I will need to do this display. I want to have a little bit more to make the Jason/Crystal lake scene a little bloody and I have one wall that I need to write a few words and some hand prints on. I don't know how far 1 pint will go as I have never worked with fake blood. Do you dilute it?

    TIA

Ok that bottle of blood stuff dries pink on white fabric. I stick to ben nye stage blood its thick and it stays the same when dry it will look exactly wet as it does dry like this Halloween Forum - Toetag's Album: Gear - Picture But you cant spray it b/c of its thickness but bottle of blood is a quick fix as long as its wet it looks great but when it dries looks horrible i like the ben nye stage blood best but thats just me. Could try the karo and red food coloring and 1 drop of blue but that also might lead to bugs so......If using a thin blood best way to apply is spray bottle and for thick stuff is flicking motion with spoon, brush, hand what ever even poor it out. Blood doesnt go far for me b/c i use quite a bit at a time so i would say for that table and other things is plain for 3 pints or even 4 you never can have too much blood in my book. I never tried to thin down a thicker blood but....I dunno how it would look after watered down either so....sorry i couldnt be more help
