Well I was going to make a fog chiller but ran into one problem. The fog machine I have has its own chiller in it which sucks so I was going to make one for it but instead of having a little nozzle to flow out of it has a huge channel about 5 inches long? What can I use instead of pipe to pump the fog through? Nothing comes to my mind!
Thanks in advance!
Happy Halloween!!!

Lots of rectangle ductwork options at your local Home Depot, etc. And usually the connection between the fogger and chiller has an air gap, so an exact fit is not needed.
Other ideas, may be the 'sweeper' attachment to a shop vac, it is a wide slot, that turns into a nozzle ready for hose. But careful though, hot enough fog may melt that ABS plastic over time.
Cardboard? It will not last more than a night maybe, but quick and cheap. Foamboard, especially that kind with a silver backing.? Again watch for heat issues.
If too much fog escapes from whatever you come up with, try a small PC fan to 'suck' the fog into your chiller.

A foamboard duct, or scoop, might be the way to go. I have never seen one with a chiller built-in. Can you post a pic?

Will a $30 WM chiller produce enough fog (and often enough) to actually make use of a chiller? Just want to check before you goto great lengths to construct one. Or make the design so it can be used by a bigger fogger in the future.

Yea I agree I dont think it will have enough output to use with a chiller. You need a standard fog machine at least 700 watts.
