I'm running multiple wiper motor props, six to be exact. What is the most economical way to power them? Would I need a different power supply for each, or could I run several off one?

It all depends on the speed , torque and current rating (AMPS) of your wiper motors. The distance between your power supply and motors also has to be considered as there is some voltage loss the longer the wire.

Find out the Amps for your motors and it will give you a good idea how many power supplies and what size you'll need.

As restless said.. Once you have that idea then you might be able to get a big bench supply and run them all off it ..
