We are in construction and do a lot of metal buildings and when they ship the trim they put them in heavy duty cardboard tubes kinda like a concrete form. Each column is 7 ft tall and really wide. I put 2 3.5 ft sections together using 4 1x2's inside. Then I used Great stuff foam spray when it was tacky i drug a stick through it to get the texture. Thanks for your kind words.

I thought it looked like great stuff. I have some round foam rubber pieces that I was going to make columns out of but wasn't sure what to use on the outside. I may use the rigid wrap as a hard base then use the great stuff over that now. Mine won't be nearly as tall but that's ok.

That's very impressive! Great idea using the round tubes. I will never look at shipping containers the same way again.
