This is my 1st year decorating and I have purchased some of the bag webbing from various stores. Can I put this stuff on my fence/yard now and not worry about rain ruining it? I don't even know what it's made out of as I'm at work currently. Thanks.

It's polyester or some such. It is perfectly fine in any weather type.

In fact, stringing it up early is the best - it gets rained on, stuff gets caught in it, and it looks FANTASTIC and more realistic than if it was fresh out of the bag the hour before.

The trick is to have several (lots and lots and lots) of anchor points at all different levels and to stretch it out thin. The more levels (high and low) you have (in addition to the side-to-side stretching) will make it more realistic.

I try to get our web up by the first of October. Unfortunately it's not going up till tomorrow, but that is still plenty of time.
