I've had Gemmy's animatronic pirate skeleton for 3 years now, and he still works perfectly. Except his leg/legs creak VERY loudly when he moves back and forth, so loud you can't even hear him singing. I'd like to put him out for Halloween, but I can't stand the creaking sound! Does anyone know how to fix it before it drives me mad?

This isn't my video, but this is the pirate skeleton I'm talking about.

If his legs are made of plastic and his joints I'd are squeaking I'd recommend silicone spray. It dries faster than WD40 and generally doesn't stain after the first minute or two. If his legs are made of wood and are creaking I'd use pipe insulation and zip ties to wrap any portion of leg/bone that doesn't show. (Tighten any loose screws before you wrap if you take that route.) Hope it works.
    Undead and loving it!
