So the office didn't like my original idea so now we are doing a "carnival" gone wrong. I'm trying to think how to construct a scary large size cardboard clown covering over our tent area.
I have the posters undercontrol. We will be using PVC pipe at an entrance to put up a tent structure, streamers etc. We want to have a large "clown image hanging down hands out reached - over the top of people entering.
Also need to find a "motion sensor" laughing clown or laughter box.
Any ideas as to how I might create the scary clown? I'm pretty hand with props and creating halloween props is a lot of fun. I can't wait to share my 2008 invites with you all. soon as I get some free time.
Thanks

Cardboard clown shape...cover it in crazy colored cloth...use a printer to print out a scary clown face to paste on.
For the arms and hands...just use some of the cloth to make long, dangling arms...obviously, attach one end of each arm to the cut-out, the other end needs gloves. Perhaps an old pair of garden gloves, spray painted white...with touches of red splattered on them...Hell is an eternity of getting up at 4am to nothing but decaf coffee...
2009 photos and 2008 photos ...uhmmm...and what I have evolving...
