Will you be lighting the inside of the JOL?
If so, what are you using?
I like the look! The black is a nice contrast with orange at the eyes and mouth.Hell is an eternity of getting up at 4am to nothing but decaf coffee...
2009 photos and 2008 photos ...uhmmm...and what I have evolving...

A night light socket - I think that's the C5 bulb size...perhaps you have a blue bulb from an outdoor christmas string? The blue may give the effect you want, but show up a bit better than the purple.
I use red inside the pumpkin head on my scarecrow...a series of flashing red LED's, to give a flickering effect. Sadly, they're not all that bright either...
Heh. A scarecrow that's not all that bright.Hell is an eternity of getting up at 4am to nothing but decaf coffee...

That is absolutely AWESOME!!! The face you've chosen is reminiscent of the one in Tim Burton's Sleepy Hollow which i have wanted to do for years. Can't wait too see how yours turned out!
