Will you be lighting the inside of the JOL?
If so, what are you using?

I like the look! The black is a nice contrast with orange at the eyes and mouth.
Hell is an eternity of getting up at 4am to nothing but decaf coffee...

2009 photos and 2008 photos ...uhmmm...and what I have evolving...

Yes it is lit already but its not bright enough its a purple bulb now I need something brighter so you can really see it I will have to mess with it.

A night light socket - I think that's the C5 bulb size...perhaps you have a blue bulb from an outdoor christmas string? The blue may give the effect you want, but show up a bit better than the purple.
I use red inside the pumpkin head on my scarecrow...a series of flashing red LED's, to give a flickering effect. Sadly, they're not all that bright either...

Heh. A scarecrow that's not all that bright.

That is absolutely AWESOME!!! The face you've chosen is reminiscent of the one in Tim Burton's Sleepy Hollow which i have wanted to do for years. Can't wait too see how yours turned out!
