Firstly I want to thank Otaku for answering a few questions regarding his Boris hack.

This is a joining of a few ideas into one. Originally this was to also lift himself up and down like the hung prop found in Spirit the past couple years. After a rebuild this year, (Last years design kept falling apart and was to be manually triggered) I found he was just too heavy to lift and kick off of 1 windshield motor. Maybe I'll retro fit it next year.

Anyways, I took the DeathLord frame, went electric instead of pneumatic. Then slapped on a corpsed boris skull and attached everything to a PicoBoo. I also realized the PicoBoo didn't have enough output to power the Boris and a set of speakers, so gutted another set of speakers for the amp to use as a preamp. Audio goes from the PicoBoo-Preamp-Y Splitter-Boris and another amplified set of computer speakers. Good loud sound out of this setup. Got it programmed today and giggled. Last thing left, the pir.

Anyone suggest a good, inexpensive, pir I can use with the PicoBoo? Anyone with past experience ?

Sorry, no experience with PIRs, but I did do what you did about 3 years ago. I took Deathlords frame and put a wiper motor in it. A trigger would have been nice though..
