I'm a groupie! LOL.

I bought 2 boris skulls earlier this year and hope to work on one and get it up and running for this Halloween. What directions did you use and how hard did you find it? Did you run into any problems? Love to hear your experience doing it. I'm totally new to this whole prop thing and find it fascinating.
