I have a 'small' shrublike tree in my front garden which is actually hugely overgrown and has almost spilled onto the street! Because it's greenery takes up so much space I wanted to encorporate into my halloween outside decor, by giving it some spooky evil eyes!
Any idea how to do this, for a complete beginner with no electrical skills? It needs to be outdoor safe cos of the crummy English rain
I was thinking maybe red led string lights, and doing something with them to make them pairs... *shrug!* <3
Any help would be appreciated!

Yeh! I was very tempted to get some of those. Luckily my bro lives in the states so he can send some over

I use the "Halloween Peeper Lights" lights in my bushes. Not so much the "scariest" eyes you could use, but they work well and the kids like them. I have 2 sets running down a 30' long bush, so 6 pairs of eyes total.
