Hello Haunters. Geez, it is getting close to the big day isn't it!

Want to share an .avi of my newest prop. I took my Grim Reaper costume that I wore out in the graveyeard last year and converted it into a standing prop that is half Reaper & half 'Gatekeeper'. I have not attached a sickle or anything yet but let me know if you think he needs it.

Actually I don't think I have shared a pic of the previous completed prop (7' Frankenstein) yet but you can see him at the end of the movie. I have a pretty dark spot on the one end of my yard which has been screaming for attention so he will go there with a motion activated sensor and a big green light to shine on him as they walk past.

The Reaper looks FANTASTIC. The hand is very detailed. The sickle would make it more like a reaper but I think it looks fine without it.

VW, Thanks for the post and your impressions. I'm leaning towards keeping it as is and maybe using the sickle elsewhere.

As a gatekeeper he works very well without the sickle.

Thanks for your impressions. Gatekeeper he is! I think he will fit in great into the fencing & pillars that will go at the base of my drive which should make for a good spooky scene.
