Thread: Anyone have Big Scream TV Vol1?

Does anyone have the Big Scream TV DVD Vol 1?? I wanted to use it for the Peppers Ghost illusion for a window in the front of my house. Just curious if anyone had owned it or seen it and had any comments, good or bad on the video. Also, the heads that are on it and what they say on it, are they corny or scary or ??? I'm looking for something kinda scary, still ok for kids to see obviously, but I dont want it to be corny... Any info would be great, Thanks!

Most of the heads are corny. If you could be able to just pick one head, it would be better. But they rotate through fairly fast. I didn't care for it. At Party City they had the DVD on super clearance for $2 each. I'm glad I only bought it that price.

I have all 3,got them 3 for $4. If i had to choose,the crystal ball , the others ok too,
#1 way too corney,i've used it at the elementary school i do for them & the younger ones like it.

I was planning on buying one of these for my pepper's ghost effect, but the more I watched the previews the more I realized they were corny. I also didn't like that it rotates through the heads. They should have had each head on a single track so you could repeat it.

Instead, I've convinced my wife to dress up as a ghost and put white makeup on her face. We bought a black cloth to tack to the wall. I'm going to video tape her and then edit it on my computer using Pinnacle Studio. Then I'll burn my own dvd. That way we can control everything.

Your idea sounds better, i used the crystal ball one & my dvd player allows me to choose one & loop it. I like a few of the heads,but ya they rotate to much.
Thought about uploading & re burning the ones i like on a disc.

I have Vol. 1. Yeah, not that great. Last year we got "Terror Eyes". I haven't really watched the whole thing but the eyes are pretty creepy.

I agree - some of the heads aren't bad but each 'segment' is way too short. You can hit repeat on your dvd player but then it just repeats that single segment, not every segment your choosen head is in.
